Smoothie King - Clarendon County

Smoothie King was truly amazing in great customer service and pineapple surf was delicious. I can’t believe smoothie to taste so good and refreshing. The staff was so awesome and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Went to this location on today. I placed an order through the mobile app. Order was shown to be ready by 10:32am. There was a bit of a wait in drive thru. Which wasn’t a problem, beca I thought my order would be ready when I got to the window. WRONG!!! When I got to the window at 11:05am, instead of my smoothie being ready already for me, the server was literally just making it!!! It shouldn’t have taking that long for my order to be ready. Yes, there is as little rush, but nothing big or huge! … – show

Smoothie was good, but the service is very slow. I waited over 15 min for my smoothie. I’m guessing because they’re a new location.

I go to several Smoothie Kings as I travel for work. This is the most unorganized one I’ve seen. I placed my order online 15 minutes prior to my arrival and it still wasn’t ready (never a problem at any other location I’ve visited). Seems like there is no process or organization at this location.

I visited this particular location today and i was highly disappointed. I went through the drive thru (it took the employee almost 5 minutes to take my order over the speaker and I was in the drive thru line itself over 15 minutes). When I finally got to the window the employee took another 5 minutes to acknowledge me.
