I had to walk through. No worries about us coming back

If I could give 0 stars I would. I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes, while 6—7 employees sat huddled next to the window talking. Tried to knock on the window, honked and tried to nicely wave at them to get their attention. They saw me and continued to ignore me. Terrible service.

I have been a customer since the Cane Bay opening and yesterday I came in to ask for my normal smoothie. I asked and paid for it to have the regular milk substituted with oat milk and boy was I surprised when this did not happen. Both myself and my grandson were ill all night. I called the next day (today) and spoke to Lilla who advised me that I was not able to get a refund as this is the store policy — if you do not bring the shake back. There are so many negative things that I could put in this review but I will just keep it simple, do not waste your time at this location.
