Panera Bread - Clarendon County

Ordered to go. Was ready on time. No bacon on the egg cheese bacon sandwich and toasted bagel was burned

I spent over $50 for an online order placed almost 2 hours before I wanted to pick it up. I received an email at the time it should have been ready that said it was “taking longer than expected.” 15 minutes later I picked it up and the bag was taped shut. I got home and discovered that they had not included the soup and bread bowl I was charged for. I called and the manager told me that they were out of bread bowls. Just paid over $40 for two sandwiches, a bowl of soup and a bowl of COLD macaroni n cheese. When I took the Mac up to let them know it was cold and I wanted it warmed or another bowl, she pointed to a microwave out by the coffee and told me I could heat it up myself.. I literally laughed! I couldn’t believe it. The fact they have a microwave sitting out publicly is not a good sign! Majority of tables were dirty and the floors were covered in debris. SUCH a disappointing experience. Staff was so rude. Bathrooms were unkempt and staff just rolled eyed and proceeded to do nothing about it.

I like this place as a fast food alternative. The drive thru and inside pick up is quick, they have a good selection of different stuff for people with different dietary needs. It's always clean and staff is friendly.
