Panera Bread - Clarendon County

They don't cook their beget side bread more then the way they get it from corporate. Don't expect a crispy exterior. Came 45 mins to close and was told they are doing Togo only because they are already cleaning up. I'm sorry, but do you not set time after close for that? They also are not the best at making sure they don't run out of ingredients.

Food is good portion got smaller over time mostly dining room is pretty empty. Staff is not the friendliest

Did have 2 out of the 3 things I wanted and waited in drive-thru over 35 mins and was not offered anything complimentary for waiting..

I’m a sip club member and frequent this location most mornings to get coffee. Today I went to get coffee, and ALL of the hot coffee was out. And there was no urgency to get them replaced. This location also has a history of not keeping the men’s restroom clean.

Used to visit this Panera every day. Customer service has declined significantly. Drive through wait time is at least 15 min. Once you arrive at window, are told to pull up. One time was told to pull up and no one was even in line smh. Yesterday, had to pull up behind a car that was already pulled up. Food quality is not as good anymore either. Easier to go to other nearby drive thrus that are faster and better food quality.
