Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Ordered thousand island dressing was told by waitress they don't serve it. Very very disappointed. Steak was cold and tough. baked potato was cold and tough. just not satisfied at all.

I've had Cracker Barrel many times and it's been great! But unfortunately this wasn't a great experience at this store. This was my first time at this location. The food took a long time to come to us, the server wasn't very attentive, and the food was not it's usual quality. We had to really watch out for our server just to get a to go box. It was a busy day and time of day, so this may have made it more challenging for the staff.

Called twice........they said they're taking orders by phone and was on hold for over 20 mins first time........over 15 mins 2nd time. No help from workers whatsoever. Poor team leaders. Called Anderson, SC location and honestly got my order started within ONE MIN!!!!! Don't go to Powdersville location!!

Our Trout was cooked to perfection, our waitress “Harley”, showed the perfect balance of attentiveness without being intrusive.

Even though they were super busy, we had a great experience. Our server was Emily, she did good and the food was amazing as always. Clean restaurant, shop and bathrooms.
