After a long day of boating in Murrells Inlet we were looking for a place that was dog friendly to get some food. We looked on Find Fiddo and this place came up. After reading a couple of reviews we decided to check it out. What a neat place!! The bartender is super friendly and gave us all the details of how this unique tavern came to be. Manager clueless. Blind leading blind. I always try to root for the local small businesses but in this case the ineptness of the man obviously in charge was dismal. I wish our experience offered the slightest bit of redemption but all’s I can say is..... maybe next time.

Update- although the bartender Lisa is absolutely awesome the food has taken a nosedive. We don't go there anymore due to poor food, very limited menu, and the beer selection is poor with no good craft choices. If you go there to take your dog and for a minimal bite to eat, you will be fine. Otherwise it is no longer on our list of places to hang out- too bad, the clientele is friendly and Lisa is fabulous!

Stopped in here a couple weeks ago on our way down to Charleston. From the moment we found the parking lot we knew it would be pretty cool on the inside. The food was amazing! I ordered the special which was bacon wrapped pork chops. Fantastic! The cook even came out to ask how it was. Save room for dessert. I wish this place was closer to home. I'd be in here all the time.
