Sushi Kan - Clarence-Rockland

I brought my mom here for lunch. We felt being cheated by this place! Our 1st order was only half filled. Items were eithe no show or with quantities significantly reduced! Hoping to ease our hunger, we placed a 2nd order, simply with starchy stuffs a plate of fried rice a bowl of soup udon. Oh my Lord! Sushi Kan (Innes Road): were you punishing us for placing a 2nd order?? That plate of fried rice was actually 2 spoonfuls! That bowl of soup udon was nothing more than a bowl of salty liquid 4 small udon noodles. Sushi Kan (Innes Road): Cheating on customers will never gone unnoticed. Now you get called out for this cheap tactic get backfired.

The little robots that bring the food to the table are a HUGE hit with kids. The food is ALWAYS out quickly, is always yummy and well prepared. Only downside is they don't take interac, so unless you're paying with credit card, bring cash!

We previously visited the Merivale location, but this is our first time frequenting the one on the East End.The location is better than we thought. Ample seating inside, and we were served by a robot waiter! This was an absolute first.Food is just as good, if not better than the Merivale location. We will be returning again!

Food is delicious and customer service is 10/10. I have a soy and dairy allergy and they were accommodating. Leo was super friendly as well.Definitely recommend!

Great choice for a sushi night. Food service are always great.
