We went in for a late Thanksgiving dinner with my dad , There were 6 of us and the side we were on was pretty packed but Our waitress was on top of everything, making sure we had what we needed, and kept an eye on our drinks for when we needed refills.I've never had service like what she provided at any other establishment. Thank you for a great experience!
The food is usually pretty good. Service is alright. My favorite thing is the Santa Fe Salad. I like that the chicken is fresh hot. However, last time I ordered.. the chicken was cold. Like refrigerator cold. But I just picked it off. Typically reallygood!
Food and service was fine. I thought it was a bit pricey.
I ordered a classic sirloin medium rare and ended up with a classic sirloin well done and not only is it well done but it is burned. DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY!
We arrived at Chilli's 30 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. No one had any answers of why it wasn't ready. We waited 40 minutes to get chicken and fries. Yes they refunded our money and gave us 2 coupons for a free appetizer. I was toldthe kitchen kept forgetting to make it.
