Kfc - Claremont

We went to the lobby, but there was no sign on the door. I was told by four employees that the lobby was closed. We sat at some tables that had been used. I asked if the drive-thru was open, and they said yes. I went back to the car and drove through. I noticed that the four employees suddenly ran to the riverbank and then returned a few minutes later. I’m not sure what was happening today, but it was quite strange.

They do their best! It's not perfect, but which KFC really is?

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, I decided to cut my losses and ask for a refund. There were three cars ahead of me, and the wait was just absurd. It's hard to believe that if someone really understood how to run a fast food restaurant, they could make a fortune in this city.

They love getting orders wrong. Who puts 8 tacos and a chalupa in one bag with no sauce? Trash.

Spent almost 50 bucks and only 1 out of our 4 meals was edible. Not a single strip in my 5 piece meal. No silverware for the sides, not of the sauces were given to us. This place sucks.
