Aruffo's Italian Cuisine - Claremont

Enjoyed the variety of choices we had at this restaurant. Everyone in our party chose something different. Portions were good. Flavor was amazing. The ambience was soothing and calm. The garlic bread is delicious. Overall had a great time. We didn't feel rushed by the waitress and she was very helpful. Definitely appreciated the dessert tray the waitress brought out so we could visualize what we wanted. Loved it and definitely going back

I love this place. Old school Classy Italian Restraunt. Pizza's are unreal. Fettuccine Alfredo is probably the best that has ever been. The Restraunt itself is beautiful. Inside is so classy and comfortable. I love the Garden. It is awesome to have wine in the garden I usually go at lunchtime. But i try to go at dusk. The bread with oil and vinegar is so tasty. Bread, dusk lighting, and Good Wine make a pretty nice evening. I DIG IT.

From the outside you might be tempted to be underwhelmed, go inside and find a very upbeat contemporary restaurant that has great Italian food offerings and a rear patio setting that is charming and cozy. It's pricey in my opinion but not to the point where it becomes an issue on your ROI. The food is flavorful and bright. Had the wagyu Manzo ravioli. The wagyu was not the star here the plum tomato sauce was. It's tangy sweet flavor partnered well with the raviolis. The wild mushrooms brought a nice earthy taste to the overall dish. That garlic bread sooo fluffy and hearty. A nice treasure to the Old Town Claremont.

My daughter wanted some authentic Italian food for her birthday, and Aruffo's did not disappoint. We had an enjoyable dinner followed by a delicious dessert. We will be back try more from the menu.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants. To begin, the restaurant decor and ambiance is quaint, charming, and romantic. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Everything I have tried here is amazing. It truly is the fresh ingredients that take everyday dishes to the next level. I had the Wagyu Manzo ravioli and the mixture of the tomato sauce, wagyu beef, and truffle blended perfectly. The hot and fresh sourdough bread topped with marinara sauce is delectable. The chocolate creme brulee is rich without being overly sweet. Highly recommended.
