Contribuiți la feedbackI special order my son's food because he has allergies. The receipt was correct, but the order was wrong. As soon as I got home I noticed they had messed up his burgers. They could have KILLED my son. This is something I stress to the employees whenever I order fast food anywhere. Luckily he knows to check his food before eating it. I tried calling the restaurant to inform them, because I was too mad to go in person and they never answered the phone. The service of Jack's has went down horribly in the past few years.
I know fast food sucks, I've worked it, but there is never an excuse at any job to be so rude and unfriendly to customers. If you hate your job so much, get another one. Food is good but customer service isn't there.
They're very rude and act as if they are being bothered
I live out of town and had car trouble tonight and was stranded on the interstate. Police took me here to wait for my ride who was hours away. I wasn't feeling well. The staff was compassionate and let me wait there and fed me at no cost, although I was able to pay. I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed me.
I'm not sure what's going on at this Jacks. But I know a couple years ago when we ordered food here it was actually good. But here lately, it's like they don't care to get the orders right the past several times we went to this location. We just ordered the $20.00 chicken family meal and it was not good. Whoever is battering the chicken should not be battering chicken full of black looking meat where vessels were busted in the meat. On top of losing my Appetite my husband was the only one that ate it twice thinking it was ok. Then he got sick throwing up. I refused to eat it cause I did not look right. Not just 1 or 2 pieces were like that. There was about 5 pieces that looked and smelled spoiled. Someone should train the employees better than that. It is sad that we spend our hard earned money for food we should be able to trust. So I messaged them about the food and still Noone has emailed or called me back. Money just down the drain for us apparently. Rich getting richer selling bad food and people just getting by getting sick from bad chicken. This is just ridiculous to me and I'm mad bout it. Train your people the right way along with management overseeing employees.
