Il Cacciatore - Civitella roveto

We visit Civitella Roveto and our family whenever we are in Italy. Il Cacciatore is a must stop for us. Excellent food with many options. The Truffle Ravioli is a favorite along with all things Ciangale.

When driving thru Italy we found ourselves hungry and, presumably, in the Middle of nowhere. Thru tripadvisor we ended up in this place and WoW, what a great surprise this was! Perfect homemade pasta with cinghiale (wild boar) sauce, cooked to perfection. Service friendly and attentive, like their prices. 40 eu for a lunch of 4. Please stop by when you are in the area. You wont regret! P

Good meat dishes, abundant portions. I recommend the hunter's appetizer, for the rest on average.

With my husband in a day outside the door (I pray that we are open lt) we came to eat here on advice of my sister who had been there in August. I give all five stars. from food to waiters who served us kindly and well. we ate some truffle fettuccina and delicious porcini. .for according to a cut with truffle and porcini. .a beautiful steak all rounded by delicious baked potatoes with porcini. everything really big and well cooked and prices in the norm. we will definitely return and we will make a great advertising to friends and relatives
