Abstract: This review is also an answer to the review from 1 star below. For those who want to read the final review skip this paragraph below. I just wanted to say two things about that story, since the owner's answer wasn't much, let's say, precise... I'm the guy who told you you you didn't bring cheese. Unlike how you thought (i.e. I wrote that review) I was abstained from writing something about his wine shop. My colleague's review was very strict (in my opinion, as I told him in private too much), and I didn't think it was necessary to write other words and further lower the vote of his local, given the very high grades he has (compliments for the rating, however). This until you wrote those offensive words on my account. It is a good thing that people are now based on the votes of three advisors, and I am very aware that a bad vote can also take away customers from a business. First of all, the question I ask myself is how could you know that I wrote that review, since we were in 6? Of course there's no answer, she couldn't know, but despite this, she was still allowed to write those words on my account... I honestly don't know you, owner of Clanis, and you don't know me... So his deductions on my courtesy have no foundation. That said, I just wanted to remind you of the moment when I said those words at the box... I'm sorry that there was this misunderstanding, my words were quiet and the purpose was not to polemize but it was to remind them (although probably there was no need) to remove the cheeses from the account. No one has felt embarrassed by my harmless request, I can assure you, but everyone has been scandalized by your answer, which as my colleague has already said was a nuisance and so? Should I take them? . Anyway, solved (I hope) this engulf I just wanted to tell you that my idea was to return a second time to your local, since the review I will write below is not negative. However, I think it is not the right way to treat customers, at least not to feel someone suitable for their premises. Therefore his courteous advice not to return to his place is not necessary, since I will be myself not to return since I am offended by his words not having written that review from 1 star, of which he attributes me guilt and bad education that do not belong to me. FINAL RECENSION: food is good, wine even better. The very welcoming place opens the door to a world of wine. The choice is very wide and the owner helps with his advice to choose the right wine for the tastes of the customer. The food is also it of good quality, therefore I was very satisfied. The only flaw is the staff, or to better say the owner since he was in charge of both the room and the kitchen alone. In the confusion of lunchtime you forgot to bring a cheese cutter, it can happen. Less pleasant and was the answer to my, in my opinion, courteous request to remove them from the account that apparently was not taken in the right sense. A real shame given the owner's answer. Recommended place for those who want to taste a little Tuscan flavor and not with a good wine.

Thursday, October 12 we went to book explicitly asking that on our arrival there were already ready appetizers seen the little time available (1.15 h . The request was received. Venus to eat at we were in 6 during lunch break. We arrived and the appetizer arrived after 20 min. The appetizer included a meat cutter and one of cheeses. The meats arrived and the waiter/cook reassured us that soon the cheese cutter would arrive. It is 25 more minutes walk and we called it to order the first data that still had not arrived the waiter to take the order. After making the order he assured us that the cheese cutter would arrive. It has been another 15 minutes and we have returned to ask the cheeses receiving for answer a will arrive soon. After another 10 minutes the first and cheeses arrived even the shadow. After finishing the first we had to go back to work, we went to pay and we remembered cheeses. The waiter's answer was: So? Should I take them? . We pointed out to him that, being in the menu, they had to be there and he replied rudely that he would remove them from the account (which we have doubts about). We went with the bitter in the mouth. Conclusion we are very dissatisfied. A tip for the club: if you serve at the table of people serve them well (or at least serve them as provided by the menu, otherwise refuse them by saying that you have no place.
