Wingstop Río Grande - Ciudad Juárez

I love this place... love the slices of the cucumber that come with the traditional carrot and celery. Very attentive and fast service.

Great food, excellent service at the Rio Grande Mall location. The restaurant is quite new. I was a few times before and never had a problem. Bought a cubeta of beers, 10 pieces boneless, French fries and 2 pieces of cake. Everything was delicious. Service was very fast because there was only one other client in the restaurant. At 5:00. Good location. Better than other Wing Stops I had.

It was the first time I went to buy wings in this place, they were delicious and the service was good, the only problem that we had was that we had to wait a long time the food and we were very hungry at that moment, but the service was very good in general.

They 're supposedly the wing experts. I wouldn 't know. They 're definitely experts at wasting a guest 's time. My party ordered, but burgers were off the list (something about their grill being down). No worries; these things happen. However, after waiting 45 minutes, we grew impatient. Eight chicken wings, a sandwich, and deep-fried potatoes don 't typically require ¾ of an hour to prepare. As we stared at the empty tabletop in vain anticipation for our food (in a nearly empty restaurant), we noticed the few other occupied tables that had arrived after us were receiving their meals. Both the server and management seemed to care very little when we asked how much longer our lunch would take to appear. They sort of mumbled that they 'd go ask, then make themselves scarce. We had enough, so we decided to go to a place that actually serves food, without so much as an apology or an explanation from the staff or management. I offered to pay for the soft drinks, but the server said it wasn 't necessary. Beyond that, they were totally indifferent to our existence and the money in our pockets. The only things delivered to us were Coca-Cola and hand sanitizer. This place doesn 't even rate one star.

Excellent food and service. Clean installations and fast delivery. It was a bit cold, but nothing more.
