The best place to eat near U.S. Consulate. can wait long during the busy days, but it is worth waiting. one of the best caffes I have eaten. they will not be disappointed with eating especially their prices!
I visited this place after being at the USCIS (same building, next door), I fell in love with their Torta de Milanesa and Enchiladas Verdes. They also sell Mexican bread and you could pay in Pesos or Dollars. Its a small place but they are...very quick, many waiters. They are all nice, oh, and please tip them, they will (oddly) stamp AND write on your receipt that the bill does not include tip! hello odd. I tried other plates which were great but was very in love with those two. Before I left Cd Juarez I took a Torta to go savor the last of it.
They get a real feeling to be here a local (take it from one). Usually it is full and the ladies are not nonsense. great local food, but surprisingly good oriental food too. I love to order breakfast with friends and menudo or chilaquiles....so a good place to meet for coffee. love this place
Eating is really good, they could improve their customer service, but overall we were satisfied, all we tried was really delicious, tortilla suppe was the best!
