Hard Rock Cafe Panamá

We were here on a Tues during rainy season so it was little quiet, but the service was excellent! Juan was efficient and super-friendly. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and tasted great. The Expresso Martini was right up there with one of the best I've ever had. Overall I recommend this place. We'll be bringing our visitors here when they come in to visit!

We started with the wrong foot. Table next to us made a mess and dropped a glass nezt to me, no apologize, obviously. Staff cleaned up the area but NO apologize neither. Food was ok but We did not enjoy our visit.

Perfect location, excellent service, and amazing food as at all Hard Rock Cafes. This location has some amazing musical artifacts on the walls.

I just went to the gift shop. Not friendly. Pretty sharp. The most unfriendly gift shop Hard Rock Café I've ever visited. And didn't even have a real bag for the things you buy. All items were placed in a throw-mouth bag. I felt things were too exorbitant. The mall is gloomy and closes early, but HRC gift shop opens up until 930 in 2. Simple mistake in the Hard Rock Hotel nearby. Pretty confusing.

The restaurant is very easy to find on the 2nd floor of the Megapolis Mall. Go in, go through the Hard Rock Cafe gift shop and go to the restaurant. During my visit there were many places. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Order the Messi Burger and the Jumbo Combo. The meat on the Messi Burger was tender and juicy and the bungalow was quite normal. The Jumbo Combo was a record of various appetizers, some Bruschetta, wings (bbq or buffalo), onion rings, chicken pliers and what seemed to me like a fried queen cut into pieces. Also ordered a mango juice that was acceptable in taste. Overall, if you just want to eat some American food, this restaurant is a great option in this area of downtown Panama City.
