My wife had a little steak and I had some spaghetti plus we share a salad and some beers. Everything was very good. The parts were right. Service was a little slow, but the place started very busy after we arrived. We would certainly return here. Instead of small place that seemed to have both local and tourist guests.
I visited this cafe restaurant near my hotel twice during my stay. This is a typical local food house for locals and tourists. My food and wine were good and at sharp prices.
Found this only mooching for lunch, scenic place very simple, but very good food of the Tortilla Papa (Espaniol), as most would say, was EXCELLENT and probably one of the best. Have ever in Spain, it was superb, cheap food and wine we grilled chicken, tortilla, 2 beers and a half bottle of Chablis £13.75.!!!
On Monday evening 26/11. An interesting mix of people all late. Friendly and warm atmosphere, almost like a local fall in the center. We only went for a coffee and a basil, but look at the other tables, they also offer a good selection of dishes. Really loved this little place and all locals too. I would definitely recommend this place for a late night stop for drinking, resting and relaxing. Good cafe, good people.
This is primarily a small neighborhood café, that offers or three meals but people come here usually for breakfast. It was inexpensive and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was actually quite large and one order was plenty for two people. The eggs were well prepared and our capuchinos were actually also very good. It was just an average place to have breakfast while we waited for our hotel room close by. So if you're in the Recoleta neighborhood this is not a bad place to have a cuppa coffee and perhaps a pastry.
