Dunkin' - City of White Plains

Well staffed, only issues are the parking, which is very limited, and it?s a tad small on the inside and gets crowded rather quickly. Staff always stays busy getting the numerous orders ready though!

I loved the fact that this branch is 24 hrs. But when you order a simple iced latte, and wait for 15 minutes while all next customers got their orders and when I finally ask them they simply oh we will make it now and voila in 30 seconds the iced latteis done. I go to my car and put it in the holder, after driving for a couple of minutes and picking up my latte the cup is emptyand the coffe is all in my cup holder! The cup was defected somewhere in the bottom and they had to replace my coffe. The hasslewas not worth it.

I told her I would come back to the store. When I arrived, another box was ready for me, but I wanted to discuss the issue with her. She responded that I should have checked the order before leaving, to which I replied that it was her responsibility to ensure the order was correct. She did not apologize at all. I asked to speak with a manager, but there was no one available.

The staff wasn't well-trained, and when my partner ordered items that they didn't comprehend, instead of trying to understand, they made her feel foolish for asking questions. We live just 0.3 miles from this Dunkin' but would rather drive across town to another location. It's disappointing that not all franchises maintain the same standards.

It's the only Dunkin' open 24 hours in the area, which is great for late-night or early-morning coffee cravings. The small parking lot is also a convenient feature.
