Kfc - City of Utica

Smallest chicken pieces I have ever seen. Over cooked and simply gross Popeye's here I come

This is the only KFC in the area I will eat at. Great service and they keep their oil fresh. I come often on my lunch break. Rome location needs to come take notes

Ordered a blackberry lemonade… they didn’t have the blackberry but didn’t tell me and just gave me a regular lemonade! Not what I ordered

I have been going to this location for years. I do not know what is happening lately, but the food is served dry, the service is not what is used to be; the staff seems tired, not motivated and lack of CS skills. I had to ask for napkins and a fork and was embarrassed to ask for ketchup because this is something that they should ask or provide. I guess not anymore. Not from KFC. The pieces of what is supposed to be original chicken were small and the food was cold and overcooked (even the skin was saggy). I think that this is the last for me. I bring a lot of customers there, but they don 't seem to care. I took a picture of how I got my food when it was hand to me. If they do not care to serve, I do not care to spend my money there.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they put two chicken tenders on there instead of the sandwich. Tf be wrong with y’all brains work or what?? Cus that’s not what I ordered
