Rise N Shine Diner - City of Syracuse

There are diners and then there is Rise N Shine, which makes it a step higher. I am here several times and I still have to come out disappointed or hungry! Delicious, filling and absolutely cheap! Friendly staff to boot! If you are looking for a great place to breakfast, I cannot recommend this place enough! I'm so glad I found out because it's been my goal ever since.

This is by far the best diner in Syracuse... unique tasty menu, friendly staff, terrace eating in summer their text when the table is ready feature is amazing! It is fantastic food in the small room is worth every penny.

Had no other place chosen for my birthday breakfast today The only diner around that offers gluten free pancake options, I had the GF cinnamon and sugar pancake this morning- they were amazing! I highly recommend that everyone review this place

This is the place to go. Our server was on the point and the food is top notch. Chicken Cordon Bleu.

My fiance got the hot chocolate which was SO aesthetically pleasing (and delicious) and I had the cinnamon roll pancakes which were the best of all time. Yes, it's small and the table by the door is a bit of bad place to sit but honestly the place is awesome.
