Bruegger's Bagels - City of Syracuse

I come here often enough that the employees know my order and grab a bagel the moment they see me walk through the door. While these bagels don't compare to bagels on LI, they are still delicious. If you are looking for friendly staff, comforting sandwiches, and a good rewards program, this is your place. I always experience fantastic and fast service here. Always in and out in under 10 minutes!

The bagels are better than most but otherwise this place is nothing special. I've watched over the years as the portions get smaller and smaller. They nickel and dime you as everything you'd actually want on your bagel or all the better flavors are an upcharge. For the price of a sandwich, you could get a whole sub elsewhere. If you want to get better food for the same high prices, ho to Water Street.

What happened to indoor seating? I would frequent much more often if I could sit down and enjoy my bagel.

I stole some of the dandelions outside for my rabbit. he appreciated themi got a parmesan and asiago bagel with bacon and scallion cream cheese. very good, i strongly recommend getting an onion bagel toasted with that cream cheese. it's the MJ specialwhy are all the decorative rocks outside like made out of pumice and why are there large chunks of pumice under the bushes

Waited in line over 10min for a bottle of water. One woman at register, one vacuuming, once someone else stood behind me, the woman cleaning finally came over.
