Burger King - City of Schenectady

We had two orders and we had to wait over 25 minutes before we went up and asked them where our order was.They were serving the drive-thru and other Walk ins before us.We were there 35 minutes till we where served!

I just took my girlfriend there for her first Burger King breakfast and she got a croissantwich and I got an iced coffee. And I gotta say the sandwiches were amazing she loved them, my mocha iced coffee was made PERFECT!! The food was done in literally a minute. And the girl at the counter with the red hair n lip piercing was such a sweetheart!! Definitely our new BK for future reference.

I was in this drive thru last Thursday around 11am and waited 22 minutes at the intercom. The employee came back twice to say sorry about the wait. Eventually I said “I have come to regret my decision to come here. I’ve not used up my lunch break and still have no food. Have a nice day. Bye.”From what other reviews have shown, someone needs to change the manager. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Going dwn hill fast not a care how they put food together. Personally I like cheese covering my burger n don't like wearing condiments on my lap. Quality is going dwn

Parking: When I was there the staff was very friendly and fast...got my order and out the door I went.
