Mcdonald's - City of Saratoga Springs

This has to be the best McDonald's I've been to. Such a major difference between this McDonald's and ones in NYC, everyone had a smile, you were greeted well and treated with kindness. The best part, everyone looked happy to work there. Amazing service, so far the best tasting coffee from any other McDonald's I've been to, I guess because whoever made it, was happy ?

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes literally at the pay window, the girl was on her phone with an AirPod in and smoking her vape. Then she couldn’t find our order. We ended up leaving. The place was not busy, and the service was beyond horrible. Do better

I ordered a meal through Uber eats and McDonald’s screwed up our order and gave us someone else’s. They put the wrong order in the wrong bag and blamed it on Uber eats. It was McDonald’s fault. We could fix it if we drove there but the whole idea about getting delivery is so we didn’t have to go out. So whoever got our order is probably pissed off too.

If there could be 1 star I would.They closed the lobby in middle of day at 2:15pmWe went to drive through.I ordered 6 burgers they gave me 5.I told them I am missing one and the lady (white chubby female with a pony tail) said “you have to go around drive through for me to give you”.I said you have me 5 I am suppose to get 6.She said I cannot hear you. You have to drive around and line up again.Manager came out , Spanish curly hair tall guy told me I can give you the burger but you have drive around drive through.There were atleast 8 cars being me , I told them they are ridiculous and I left. I have to be at city center at 230.Very ridiculous.

Kaitlyn was so nice, even offered me a drink. She was very personable and kind. I really appreciated her kind spirit!
