Coco Loco - City of Saginaw

We chose a Mexican restaurant for Mother's Day since it's my mother's favorite. She loves tostadas, but they were so overcooked that she couldn't even lift them. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he expressed regret but didn't offer any solutions. My sister and I ordered tacos, and they were also unappetizing—not crispy as they should have been. I've been to Coco Loco in Bay City, and the service and food there were excellent. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the meal, the waiter simply said, "I'm sorry, I'm just a waiter," and offered no further assistance. Unfortunately, my family and I will not be returning!

The cost for the fajita salad was comparable to that of a side salad—it was quite small. There was no beverage menu, and our server wasn’t aware of the happy hour specials, leaving us unsure if we received the discounted prices. The house margaritas were overly sweet and lacked strength. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend going back.
