Charleys Cheesesteaks - City of Saginaw

Ordered on the website. They said 10 to 15 minutes, and it was done in less than 10! Friendly service, greeted immediately upon entering. They were busy, she Said just a moment, and BAM, had my food as soon as I said I had the online order! Food was good as always!

Sandwich was pretty disappointing... had a little amount of meat, maybe 2 pieces of mushrooms, maybe a piece or 2 of green pepper and only one half had cheese on it. The man taking orders was very friendly, tables were sorta clean. This place seems like it could have great potential just not there yet though. Cook staff needs more training on disbursing even portions and making a Sandwich look like a Sandwich you want to eat

This place always packs your sandwich with plenty of meat plenty of cheese and plenty of onions if my memory serves right. It's been a couple months since I last had Charlie's. The only downfall is that the fruity style lemonade like raspberry lemonade or strawberry lemonade etc they sometimes do not have it, but I'd be even happier if they did. If it's on the menu you should have it there. I could make my rating a 5-star rating just based on that. 3 star service rating until conditions improve.
