When I approached the counter, I saw how tidy it was—no clutter whatsoever. The person who took my order greeted me with a friendly smile and was very polite, asking how they could assist me. I appreciated the quick service; my order was filled in no time. Once I brought my order home, it was just as good as any Dunkin' Donuts location and satisfied my coffee cravings perfectly. I really enjoy this location. I work nearby and find myself stopping by for coffee almost every day. Lately, I've noticed they haven't been filling the drinks all the way, but aside from that, my experience is always positive with great service.

Waited for 20 minutes for a cold egg sandwich and had to remind her of the bagel my daughter had ordered, who was thrown at me as if I were disturbing her. only 2 young girls who work without manager, the place was unordered and full of children hanging around talking to the staff. I hope that they will arrange this place

We waited for 20 minutes before our food arrived. When we finally got our bagel, it was served in a haphazard manner, and there was no manager available to address our concerns. The bagel had barely any cream cheese on it, and to make matters worse, there were bugs on the donuts.
