Subway - City of Plattsburgh

Staff was very rude and rang in my order wrong and charged me more than what it normally cost. (I get the same thing every time I go to any subway. They were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful when I mentioned it to them. They were laughing at me when I walked out after paying. So disappointed.

Brendan makes my sandwich just about every time I come into this subway. There is usually a multiple customers at a time when he is the only one in the front, he handles the pressure professionally and his customer service is always on point! Very nice young man, you guys should be proud to have him as one of your employees!

Same as any other subway serving not so good subs. Only good thing is the late
