Golden Krust Caribbean

This place is still pissing me off , I spent over $60 here , buying Oxtail , Mac and cheese and beef patty. The oxtail was watery , like it want even tasting like Oxtail, the Mac and cheese was bottom part that was given . I love fat from here , if not I would have returned the food , so disappointing. It also painful that there is no way to get a refund , I would give a no start if I could.

I ordered my food online I go into the restaurant to pick it up. There is a line for pick up and one for ordering. I get into the line for pick up as the line begins to go down I’m now first in line. So I wait for someone to come to the line and ask for my name for the order. After 4 mins no one came so I try to get one of the girls attention she look right at me talking to her and walked away. Then I try to get another girl attention she does the same. So at this point I’m thinking what’s going on here. At this time it’s been a couple of mins. So I say out loud to the workers is my order ready I been standing here for a while. So one of them ask for my name I told her she goes and get my order. While she is getting my order another lady say how would we know you here for your order if you don’t say anything. I say to her I said something twice and got ignored and on top of that I’m standing in the pick up line. I’m very disappointed with the customer service here. They was very rude!

Very courteous and polite staff however the food didn't taste fresh. Taste old and like left overs

This is one of the smaller locations and food is somewhat inconsistent. Some days the food is good and other days very mediocre . Ordered a beef patty today and was pretty dry inside someone should be checking these regularly to serve a superior product.

The food is good. The oxtails, pea soup and goat head soup is my favorite.
