L Bella Pizza Italian - City of Oneida

We had ordered for delivery. The appetizer plate was soggy, the jalapeño poppers were over cooked, and it was to include onion rings and they were missing altogether! Pizza was ok, a bit on the soggy side. Delivery took far too long. After receiving a text that our order was out for delivery, and being only 4 miles away, I expected to receive our order in no more than 10 minutes. After waiting a half an hour I finally called the restaurant to see if there is a way to reach the driver. I was told that it is a new driver who isn't familiar with the area. But I'm sorry, 4 miles away and only 1 turn! Unfortunately this has not been a good experience for us ?.

What a hidden gem of a restaurant! We had the Chicken Marsala and Chicken Paramgiaan, and they were the best we had ever tasted over many years! Don't miss out on this place! It is outstanding!

Had the eggplant parm, no flavor to it and greasy, soggy, the salad that I got with it is brown and wilted with no dressing (ordered with blue cheese), garlic bread tastes odd. stuffed mushrooms, not sure what is in those, tasted odd and greasy and the seafood platter was very small and no salad received with this meal. Did not have the bread and butter with my meal. likely will not order again, very disappointed as heard the food was worth trying. I ended up eating a bowl of cereal, as could not tolerate the grease. Very disappointing, will NOT be back.. Poor quality and not given complete meal. Brown wilting, watery salad is gross.

I just had the most amazing linguine and clam sauce. Also the side salad that came with it was more like a small antipasto without the meat and the garlic knots were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
