Tim Horton's - City of Olean

Place is always busy and a wait is expected. Today was especially, brutally, bad however. And after finally making it to the window, was told they didn’t have the bread for my sandwich. That would have been helpful info to have 30 minutes ago when I placed the order while waiting in the drive thru. Two stars for this experience, which arguably should be one, but giving benefit of the doubt as it usually isn’t THIS bad. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I so love Tim Hortons,my favorite place to grab daily coffee and either breakfast sandwiches or Timbits for my grands. It always amazes me to see the many cars lined up for drive through service. There is an employee named Gina that makes every visit a pleasure. She is so friendly and efficient. Never any problems with my order wish all workers would flow her example.
