Tomo Japanese Fusion - City of New York

Unprofessional and unwelcoming. I went to dine in at this establishment, only to be rudely sat by a woman in the front, who I assume was a manager as well as cashier, and then completely ignored for over 10 minutes. There was no excuse for that since therestaurant was completely empty, aside from a delivery guy picking up food. This not how you treat people coming to support yourbusiness. I have never experienced that before and will never step foot in this travesty of a restaurant again.

I love the shrimp fried rice at this location. It was amazing and one of the best dishes I've had compared to other Japanese restaurants. I also tried the chicken terriakyi which was great as well. I wish there was a wider variety of drinks, howeveroverall Tomo is a great spot.

Overpriced for a low quality sushi restaurant. Portions are half the size compared to other sushi restaurants in the area. Rude and careless owner. I had an issue with my order and they refused to make it right. Disappointing because I live in the area andhad been here a handful of times before. However, I was ripped off and brought it to their attention and they said too bad . Iwill not come back here again. Really bad management and service.

Went there for lunch but was charged for a dinner entree. Both are supposed to come with a miso soup or salad. Didn 't receive either of them. When I questioned the bill where I was clearly charged more than I should 've been, she told me she charged methe dinner price because i didn 't say lunch . It was 12:35pm. I said I ordered from the lunch menu and it 's in the specifiedlunch hours. (The menu says their lunch is from 12pm-3pm. She said well you didn 't say 'lunch ' so you got the dinner entree.It was just so crazy and upsetting, to say the least. Will never go back.

So I ordered from here not knowing what to expect as I have been so disappointed before with deliveries from other sushi spots. But I decided I would try it. The food came immediately almost. It was delivered to me properly package and no items are spilled or liquids dripping. Perfectly done. Open it up everything appeared fresh no discoloration in the fish no discoloration in the rice or no hard rice. This is how I like my order to be delivered. I must say this is the best sushi roll I have tasted from delivery in a long time. I will be back I enjoyed it immensely same to you thank you
