Stop by here to get all kinds of marinated and spiced meats. Their smoked chicken goes fast, they make two batches a day and they're almost always sold out before 5:00. They are not open on Sundays.

3 stars for the food I tried, but bumping it up because I love these hole in the wall spots For some reason this spot was marked on Yelp in April, but it was alive and well when I came by. Plenty of older ladies and gentlemen waiting in line to get their order of marinated meats. I had always been curious about this shop as it's squeezed between two Flushing icons White Bear and Fu Run before it closed , and yet I couldn't find really any writing about it. It's also been around for years so it's got to be doing something right. They sell different cuts of braised meat. I got the beef shank, which had great flavor but was on the drier side. Also got their smoked bean curd which was very smoky a bit too much for my tastes but there were others in line clamoring for it so really just a preference thing. They also sell less common cuts like that from the pig head 猪头肉 , and prices are super reasonable I was surprised how little my order came out to relative to other prepared food spots in Flushing which might be part of the appeal.

This place sells Tianjin style smoked meats. A whole chicken is about $15 and they have rabbit, pigeon and other meats for the more adventurous. I've only had the chicken and it was pretty good. The meat is really soft and juicy and well flavored. The flavors however are very authentic and it may not be for you if you're used to western fried chicken. The whole chicken also comes with the head and feet as well if you're into that. At least you know they're not buying supermarket chicken. Personally the flavor are very difficult for my Korean palate but I still enjoyed the experience.

Authentic chinese food restaurant. I like most of their seafood dishes. Prices are fair. The area is hard to get parking. They do have meters out front that are 2 hour parking 730am to 10pm, except sundays. Clean restaurant. They have an A for the grade.
