Probably the worst service I've ever had in NYC. It took over an hour to get our food, our water was never refilled (which was served in thimble sized glasses), nor drink orders taken. In fact, the server abandoned us. We had to take shifts to find someone to take our order. We ordered some fries for the table which never arrived, and the hangover pizza wasn't anything to write home about. I suppose this place would be great for masochists. The rooftop is nice.

I came for brunch and my honest opinion, it wasn't my favorite. The bottomless brunch was good, the mimosas came in at a decent time and the rooftop was pretty and shaded with its own bar. But my meal, the Chicken and Biscuits specifically, was not it for me and made my friend and I's stomach hurt. The gravy mixed with the egg was just not a good mix. The flavor profile was not an appetizing mix. The French toast my other friend had looked great though, so I would go with that if you do end up coming through. Staff was cool, I just really took issue with that specific dish. I might come back for the rooftop, but as far as brunch goes, just okay. Maybe I just need to try the right dish. Tips: Rooftop not handicap accessible; 2 flights of stairs required Handicap Accessible bathroom on first floor, though a bit of a tight fit. Ladies--check out the posters in the bathroom, they were interesting to read!

I visited this establishment on Dec 9 for lunch. I 've been here before after work, but for drinks once and one other time for apps, which I recall being good. It 's a nice place with music. So I chose it when meeting friends in the City because the other places that I wanted to go to either didn 't have availability or the reservations would be too late. We arrived early, checked in and was told we would be called at our time so we waited at the bar. We were forgotten. We sat down almost half hour later when I inquired about our seat (1 star removed as there were time constraints). The music this time around was insanely loud. We were yelling to hear each other. I think they may have upped it to create a vibe because it was Santacon (1 star removed). The waiter was super nice and tried making up for the confusion . We placed our orders. I ordered the the steak and eggs with parm fries and friends ordered the fried chicken sandwich with parm fries and arugula salad with chicken. One order came out missing the chicken because the place was just too loud and he misheard the order. The food was good. Leo the waiter was fantastic. He made things right. The bartender was also great, but can 't remember his name. Will I return, sure, but not during Santacon. I 'll go again after work but if the music is that loud again, I 'll steer clear from this place. No point in going if you can 't have a conversation and come out with a sore throat from yelling.j

Came here for brunch on a Saturday with friends...definitely make a reservation as it gets crowded. We started with bottomless mimosas that will sneak up on you around glass 3 LOL. wear were able to substitute the orange juice w/ pineapple juice so it wasn't too sweet. There are not a lot of seafood or vegan options so I ordered the hangover pizza with no bacon. My food came out first and my friend's food didn't come out for another 15-20 minutes later because the kitchen was backed up. The pizza was just ok.
