Taro Sushi Ny - City of New York

Feeling a bit too lazy and tired to step out, I ordered lunch from KI Sushi on my day off today. I tried their Roll special and the mushroom soup. No complaints there—this place remains one of my favorite sushi spots in Downtown Brooklyn. The mushroom soup was decent, though it didn’t quite match the enticing presentation in their photo. However, the sushi rolls were incredibly fresh, with a great fish-to-rice ratio. The rice was well-balanced, not overly packed, and had a pleasant flavor.

The service was exceptional, and the fish was incredibly fresh and of the highest quality. We will definitely be back. The Unagi had an incredibly rich and creamy ocean flavor.

Decent sushi in brooklyn by botanical gardens and barclays center. nice vibe good service all around.

I began my meal with shumai and crispy tuna, followed by the sashimi/sushi combo and the volcano roll. The sashimi was excellent, but I wasn't as keen on the sushi pieces from the combo. The sushi bar itself is very impressive, and I'm eager to return to try their omakase.

Very good! They were very attentive with the service even down to making sure our water was refilled. We were a little indecisive for some things but they were very patient and friendly. The sushi was delicious. I would like to try their omakase the next time we go back. Highly recommend!
