Starbucks - City of New York

Lousy Starbucks, first time I ever walked into a Starbucks and was completely ignored. Stood for a solid minute without being acknowledged. My mom had to shout out a hello! for them to finally talk to us. I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world in the UK, South Korea, and China. This was the absolute worst.Food: 1/5

Walked by to the closest Starbucks to the World Trade Center. Ordered my favorite Java Chip Frappuccino and loved it as always!Food: 5/5

Unhygienic environment and disrespectful staff. Demonstrating the so-called Starbucks culture of warmth and belonging. Pathetic!!Food: 3/5

Been coming in here for the past year, and everyone has always been very professional and accommodating considering how busy it gets in there . They already know it's me when I order through the phone as well. Kindness these days goes a long way

Supposed to be open until 6pm. Closed already. Pretty sad being in a hotel and you close that early anyways.
