Morgenstern's Finest Ice Cream

As always, the Morgenstern team provided outstanding customer service. They have the best ice cream and the best service around!

The ice cream had a grainy texture, was freezer burned, and seemed to have been melted and refrozen, resulting in shockingly low quality. I really wish there was more attention to quality for such a well-respected and premium brand.

I regret to say that I am quite disappointed. The vanilla ice cream has a gritty texture and a slightly tart aftertaste.

Raspberry black sesame is delicious. They wait until your driver arrives to make your order, and put it in an insulated bag, so the ice cream was still fine even though Doordash took two hours to deliver it.
