Mcdonald's - City of New York

Went here for fries and McFlurry late at night. The service was good, the fries were fresh-ish, and the place was clean-ish. The receipt printer on the ordering screen was broken so I didn't know my order number, but I just let the people know what I ordered and so I got my food.

This place was extremely crowded at the time of the visit. workers shouted at me when I asked if the order is ready, and then again when I asked about the source when they forgot to give me 1 with my order. the access to the toilets was blocked by yellow adhesive tape. definitiw will not return food: 4/5

THE IS USUALLY ALWAYS FRESH BECAUSE THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS PACKED.. ..EVERY TIME I COME IN HERE MY SERVER MCDONALD'S REPRESENTATIVE IS AMAZING....ATMOSPHERE IS CROWDED LOUD BUT NEVER OBSCENE... BUT CAN BE A LITTLE OVERWHELMING DEPENDING ON YOUR MOOD... THE LOCATION IS GREAT HEART OF UNION SQUARE, NEAR 4,5,6, N,R ,Q, AND W. TRAINS , CLUBS BAR 13, ABOUT 3 MOVIE THEATERS, ABOUT 2 FITNESS GYMS EQUINOX AND PLANET FITNESS,...THE DOWNSTAIRS TO MCDONALD'S IS ALMOST ALWAYS CLOSED BUT I WOULD EAT HERE IF IM IN THE MOOD FOR MC DONALDSKid-friendliness: CHILDREN LOVE CHICKEN NUGGETS, AND CHEESE BURGERSWheelchair accessibility: DOUBLE DOORS TO EASILY OPEN FOR HANDICAP INDIVIDUALS

Went on a Thursday night (11pm). Granted I ordered ahead, but service was a lot faster than the last time I visited this or any McDonald’s in the area. I expected to wait at least 15 minutes. I instead left within 5 minutes of arriving.PSA: It is most definitely worse on weekends.

The staff had gotten my mobile order wrong two out of two times, so I don't have reason to rate them any higher. Definitely check the contents of your order before you take it with you.
