Mandarin Wok - City of New York

First of all, I used Google to search for a Chinese restaurant, and the first one that came up was 'Mandarin Wok,' along with many others. I decided to give it a try, and I was really impressed. The food was delicious and still hot by the time I got home, which was fantastic. I ordered the House Special fried rice, boneless BBQ ribs, and two of their house-made egg rolls, along with some iced tea, which was incredibly refreshing. I highly recommend 'Mandarin Wok' for quick and tasty food. It was my first time ordering from them, and I will definitely be ordering again soon. Thanks to Google for helping me find this gem!

The chicken and broccoli with chopped wings was great on a rainy day, but the delivery guy seemed a bit too enthusiastic.

I've been dining at this restaurant since 2012, and the food has consistently been excellent. I realize that the woman who usually serves the food isn't very friendly, but that's typical in many Chinese restaurants, so it's not surprising. She's not a bad person, though.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They gave me the wrong order, and when I called to address the issue, the staff insisted they were correct and hung up before I could say anything. Food rating: 2/5.

The food here is incredibly basic, to say the least. It seems like everything is just frozen and then reheated. The fried rice is a letdown—there’s no egg, scallions, sprouts, onions, or chestnuts. The spareribs are dry, the chicken wings are dry, and the pork is overcooked. Is it edible? Sure. But should you bother ordering from here? Definitely not.
