Insomnia Cookies - City of New York

Nice place to get cookies in the night. I tried the double chocolate cookie and it was great. Chewy, like it is supposed to be, and the chips were melty. Just right. I also tried the Brownie, which was good. If you love it really chocolatey, the cookie is the one to go for.

Disgusting service. Visited the city with my girls, we decided to try out this place late night after hearing about it so often on twitter. Order was ultimately stolen by delivery driver. No refund, no compensation, no redelivery. Insane experience, ruined the day. Wont be returning

Ordered a 12 pack through doordash delivery around 11pm for me and some friends. was assigned 2 different delivery people over the course of an hour after i ordered. tipped 5$ for less than a mile. another hour later, my order was marked as delivered despite not coming. contacted doordash who advised me to contact the store which i did. store confirmed my order was probably stolen by the delivery person, but refused to resend my order despite being open for another 3 hours. was told to contact doordash for my refund and they refused. so now i'm out $50 and no cookies. wouldn't bother ordering from here as their merchant couriers are clearly not trustworthy and the service is absolutely awful. guy on the phone didn't even seem to care that my order was stolen. offered nothing in repercussions. might as well go next door to mcdonalds if you want a late night cookie. this place probably isn't even worth the stress. it's filthy on the outside and i doubt it's any cleaner inside. way overpriced as well. heard the hype and was excited to try, but was disappointed so quickly.

Love the limited addition strawberry shortcake cookies. The staff at the location I visited was amazing, super friendly, and welcoming. I would be back just from my experience with the workers.

I went there today at 12:10pm when online said it would be open and the door was locked. So I came back 10 minutes later to finally see someone but they kept the door locked and shook their head saying they aren't open. Pretty frustrating as I wanted to get a gift for a party I was going to but ended up going to Milk Bar instead.
