I?ve worked around the area for more than a year. The service is so tenacious, some days it?s good and most days it?s bad. I tried the new Tiger Milk drink and I took a sip and it tasted like spoiled milk. I come back and explain to the lady that mademy drink that my drink tasted sour and probably the milk is spoiled, it happens. The lady immediately is defensive and takes outthe milk and says it?s not expired. Doesn?t attempt to make me another one and walks away. At least I got a refund, howevertheir service and conflict resolution is so bad. It?s best to just go to the one on Crosby Ave, they never give me problems.

I?ve been here a couple times, and half of the time I unironically wait thirty minutes for my one bagel, and it?s crazy because there is almost never too many people here. Additionally, some of the workers don?t understand the orders so you may getsomething random. Unacceptable. I?ll be using the one at Crosby from now on.

I am giving 3 stars for this dd location in the pelham bay section of the bronx near bruckner blvd cause they have a decent selection of semi fresh donuts. my decaff cappy was decent , the wifi was strong , i found a comfy lounge seat by the window and most important the gal sitting across from me was a stunning beauty. another typical dd in nyc that serves a purpose when you have low standards .only kidding i think.

The service is dreadful. They don't understand what you say. They sell you what they want, the attention is terrible.
