The restaurant had its ups and downs. While the food was fresh, the service was lacking, and the overall experience was just average. I would rate it at 4 stars, but improvements are needed in various areas, particularly in service. As for wheelchair accessibility, it is somewhat accessible but could be better.

The hot food menu is rather limited and unremarkable, but the pastries are generally fresh. However, the coffee leaves a lot to be desired; the iced coffee often tastes watered down, even when I add cream and flavoring. It might benefit from more quality control, as the coffee from other Dunkin' Donuts locations is far superior. No matter which flavored iced coffee I try, it consistently tastes bland. The concept of the restaurant is nice, featuring tables with charging outlets so customers can keep their devices powered while dining. Unfortunately, due to some patrons lacking respect for the space, the outlets often get damaged, leading staff to occasionally remove those tables. On the positive side, the establishment is usually quite clean, although the pickup counter can become messy at times. The staff does their best to keep things tidy between rushes. Overall, it’s a decent spot, but don’t expect anything beyond the basics.
