Dunkin' - City of New York

This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. The manager is outstanding! She's friendly and extremely helpful, and she truly knows her customers.

I arrived tonight at 8:45. Two young employees (I have their pictures) were in the store and the door was already locked. They refused to let me in even though I motioned to them by pointing to my wrist that it was not yet closing time.

I visit this restaurant frequently, and it's generally quite clean. There's nothing negative to say about it. The staff is really friendly.

The restaurant has really declined since it first opened. It was never great to begin with, but now it's even worse. They rarely prepare drinks as they should be, and I've noticed that many of the staff aren’t wearing masks. When you're handling food or beverages that you're serving to customers, it’s important to act responsibly and wear a mask. Additionally, some of the female employees have an unpleasant attitude. They need a manager who will ensure that mature and professional staff are present, rather than just hiring kids. This is unacceptable.

A guy named Matt prepared my bacon, egg, and cheese exactly how I like it—crispy bacon, unlike other Dunkin' locations I've tried. He also made the best coffee ever without me even asking for extra caramel. I will definitely be returning to this place. Make sure to ask for Matt!
