The drinks here are really disappointing. They need to have staff who actually know what they're doing. Whenever I go to other Dunkin' locations, the lattes are great, but at this one, it’s just milk. I asked for them to fix my drink, and all they did was pour cold coffee on top of my whipped cream. Now my latte tastes bad and has no whipped cream. I'm writing this review because this happens every time I visit this Dunkin', and it's really frustrating.
This was my go-to Dunkin’, and I’ve always loved the weekday crew—they're amazing! This location is my favorite in NYC, especially since I live just around the corner. They always treat my dog well; he gets so excited when he sees this Dunkin' from across the street, knowing he's about to get his puppuccino! I typically order through the app, which helps ensure my order is correct when I arrive, as it reduces the chances of mistakes that can happen when ordering in person. Unfortunately, this recent experience has changed my opinion.
The donuts were the typical dunkin donuts. I was told to wait by the cashier for quite a while before she attended me and the place was already quiet.
It's a hit or miss with this location. Prior to the pandemic and when Brenda was Manager, I never had a problem. Now? Oh boy. I order through the app for pickup at this location because it is close to my office. Staff clearly does not read the incomingorders. I literally order the same Coffee every time I place an order (2 or 3 times a week) and 90% of the time, it's wrong. Iam going to fall back and stop ordering at all.
