The Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes w/ Spiced Pecans was delish. The Memphis Baby Back Ribs were so yummy. But yeah be careful if you're ordering and super hungry.
Small portions, food temp was not even warm. Biscuit was super hard.
Buttermilk Chicken Bites over cooked, sma portion for Texas Beef Brisket not a good value. Overall tasty, but just a bad value. Increase portions or lower prices.
Evry was fantastic! The Pulled Pork was a bit spicier than im used to but it was tangy and delicious. With enough for tomorrow for lunch. The French Fries were good and again a huge portion. But the Buttermilk Biscuit...OMG! Crispy, salty, buttery, sweet...its a good think I only ordered one. The only thin I wish they offered was drinks but luckily I was able to add on a stop.
What did I find at Blue Smoke tonight: The most juicy, tender, delectable, scrumptious, Half Rack Memphis Baby Back Ribs Meal. Now, don't let me get started on the cole slaw, a creamy delight, with a hint of black peppercorns. Moving along to the Brisket Sandwich with half marble, half lean meat. The bark was so crisp and flaky along with the breathtaking BBQ sauce. The mac and cheese, three worlds, America in a cup, oh wait, four words. Ughhh, lemme speak about the Chipotle Chicken Wings..... crispy, tender, sensational. That reminds me, of how spongy that Cornbread was, consistency was perfection. Last but not least, the Key Lime Pie, em em em em em, how sweet and savory that regular sized piece of pie was, absolutely world-class. In conclusion, in my humble opinion, I believe that this may have been the best BBQ experience for any New Yorker alive..... as a matter of fact, anyone EAST OF THE MISSISIPPI. I will be coming back and it will be a glorious return. Thank you for all you do for this borough #NYC
