Blaggard's Pub - City of New York

This is a pleasant Irish pub with good food, though the portion sizes were somewhat small. Unfortunately, we experienced really poor service. When we tried to pay by card, we were taken aback by the total amount. It turned out that the waitress had automatically selected the highest tip option without consulting us first, which was quite surprising and unacceptable.

It was wonderful to be back at the original location. The drinks and the people never let me down!

I went with a group of four people. My friend and I ordered the Blaggard Burger, another friend chose the chicken sandwich, and my mother had the quesadillas. Each of our meals had generous portion sizes, and the overall experience was delightful. We visited on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, and it was fantastic. The restaurant had ample seating, a lovely ambiance, and the food was incredibly tasty. I highly recommend this place.

Great Irish pub with a perfect authentic vibe, great beer and liquor selection. TVs need some work but great option to hangout/take a break post shopping on 5th without leaving midtown.

Lots of space for gathering for good drinks and vibes. Staff was helpful. Food a little pricy for what it’s worth but tasty. Good pub option in Midtown.
