Auntie Anne's/cinnabon

Not a real Cinnabon shop as it's inside of a Burger King. You will not be able to redeem rewards here. I have not tried any of the food so I can't comment on the quality.

Very nice food and coffee was so yummy! Clean environment.

Extremely rude staff that makes customers wait for ages to take their order. Employees will literally watch you wait and the line pile up out the door as they do everything BUT take your order. Terrible customer service and I eventually left with nothing despite me waiting for so long.

Hands down my FAVORITE LOCATION!!! And I've been to nearly all of them within the 5 boroughs. Definitely have lost count of how many times I've come here after work in the crappies mood ever and the staff, without fail, always brighten up my day with their amazing customer service. Really hope corporate acknowledges the great work on a regular (hopefully in form of bonuses or other raises *hint hint* . Ps. Just left the store about 30min ago happy as can be with a bag full

Soooooooooooooo effing good!!!! I order from them often. I wish the lines were managed better at the actual store...but this is NYC...so you really can?t do much. Consistently better than the original location in Penn Station was...and the staff is vibrant and lively and REAL! Love them and wish I could replicate he recipe. Only downside is that they upcharge on Postmates and Uber Eats...when you already have to pay a delivery and service fee. Otherwise, they?d get 10,000
