Panera Bread - City of Middletown

I bought a warm bowl without chicken, and she put old or wilted cucumbers. The bowl was awfully prepared. I had stopped going to panera for a few months due to the lack of concern in food preparation. I won't be going back!

No one was manning the counter to take orders. Had to try to order on a machine while other patrons just stood around and waited for serviceHad a bacon, egg and cheese with avocado. There was much more bread than the other four ingredients combined

Staff is very friendly. We would be eating there more if we were closer. It’s nice to be able to get a salad and be able to give our 4 year old picky eater something to eat that he likes!

Location was clean and modern, food was delicious, service was friendly and efficient, prices were a bit high, but overall fine.

Ordered a toasted steak and white cheddar with extra steak lettuce tomato onion didn’t get extra meat no lettuce barely any onion paid $20 terrible
