There are so many things that contribute towards this being such a great place for a family meal. Cool furnishings and funky pieces decorating the walls, awesome interactive touch screen tables to keep the kids amused during courses, fantastic menu choice and top quality food to back it up. But by far and away the most impressive thing about this place is the service. Nothing is too much trouble. You genuinely feel looked after and like the owners really do care about your experience.

I was initially drawn to it because of the cool American decor, but was bowled over with the incredibly kind, friendly service and tasty, high quality food. My daughter enjoyed a hot dog and chips really yummy and not greasy! I wanted something lighter so they made me a delicious chicken salad. The waffles were incredible, and they offer different potion sizes ideal if you just want a small dessert. We felt the prices were good value for the quality, service and ambience. Will definitely be back and next time will book one of the interactive games tables they looked so much fun!! Thank you for a great night and making us feel so welcome!

A meal to remember....A restaurant never to forget! Once in a blue moon to break the normal mold of just going to the same favourite cafes and restaurants... thanks to Trip Advisor and Google I discovered just what the doctor ordered '..for my first outing after hospital surgery...I was craving a dose of American cuisine and lucky us to happen onto Waffle Jake 's American Diner! The biggest obstacle was reading the menu and making a choice, as our mouths watered with decision time looming. Completely embraced by the wonderful kitch USA decor...even recognising car license plates on the wall being an ex pat Chelsea based American...when the affable Owner Steven engaged with us and took the order from milkshake to burger and breakfast fare... there was no doubt: we were in the right place and were already planning a future visit. When the feast arrived best nostalgic cuisine ever and so abundant that the proverbial 'doggie bags ' were distributed kindly for take home to tempt other members of the family to taste the treasure we had discovered. As the Terminator said: I 'll be back !

Great place!! The food was so amazing, the service was brilliant and friendly. The interactive tables were a great bonus feature. The owners were super nice. Definitely going back again.

We hired Waffle Jack’s American Diner today for a photoshoot and videoshoot. From the start, they were brilliant with the booking. When we arrived Stephan Adele the owners were so lovely and accommodating. They made sure we were fed, and looked after from 9am to 5pm. The diner was so perfect for our shoots and the end results look fantastic. We had a little taster of a milkshake, toastie veggie burger and they were all so tasty. I would love to come back as a customer and order different items from the menu! Thanks again for a great day!
