The Palm Court

Birat and rommel is the best in the hotel and we really enjoyed ambience of the hotel.we stayed very comfortable for 2weeks vacation all the way from Qatar. We stayed at Room#515 nice clean.

This restaurant is perfect for enjoying afternoon tea. The staff was incredible and very accommodating, making our date extra special. The service was exceptional. Kalin is a fantastic host and Birat mixes the best drinks. Thank you!

We had a great time at the Palm Court. The ambience is really calm and cozy. Kalin, Daniel, Effren and Ruziel have looked after us very well and we were served quickly and efficiently. We have enjoyed the drinks and the scones the most.

We loved the ambience of the Royal Palm court and Romel is a fantastic bartender. We were tired after our long flight waiting for our room, Romel got us wine and snacks and later made us some fantastic cocktails. Romel’s Manhattan was one of the best I have had anywhere in the world.

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant thanks to the exceptional service provided by the 3 Amigos - Daniel, Efren, and Rommel. These charming gentlemen went above and beyond to make our evening memorable and truly capped off our wonderful day in London. We will absolutely be returning, and hope to be greeted by the 3 Amigos once again.
