Salt N Pepper

First visit to Salt n'Pepper. Modern, large restaurant close to Leicester Square yet quiet in the early pre-theatre period. Modern Indian food of a higher standard than your bog standard local. There was some confusion about Opentable offers as they said they had just changed but staff were keen to see all offers would be honoured. We will visit again.

Went here for lunch before a theatre matinee as it was close to the venue. Didn't know anything about the place other than the type of cuisine. The decor is bright and fresh and the food was very flavoursome and clean tasting. I selected from the set lunch menu and, having enjoyed it so much, wish I'd gone for a larger portion from the a la carte. Will definitely return when next in the area.

Had a lovely early evening meal with a friend. all of the food we ordered tasted great.

When I first ate at this restaurant it was really good value for money as i booked the 50% offer. However on this occasion, the menu had changed and the prices have increased. Nevertheless, the food is tasty and not oily, but a bit too spicy. I t would be good if they could give the option on whether you want the dishes mild, medium or hot. Service was really good and quick. The staff are very attentive. I will definitely go again, but only if opentable or restaurant had the 50% offer!

Expensive for what you get. Food quality ok, bit on salty side. My local take away does better value and better quality food.
